Bunga Kembang Enterprise has been exporting their product such as coconut oil, coconut shell charcoal, mangosteen , kapok oil and etc to Middle East, America, Europe, South Asia, Southeast Asia, North Asia. At the highest point they can earn 50 container per week. That’s why Mrs. Diah finds Alibaba to be really helpfull for her.

She saw many ads on alibaba that made requests about Kapok Oil, then she did research to find a way to produce it and then interested for joining Alibaba. Since it was not legal before, so she started business on alibaba as free member. Then after starting and understand how does it work, she registered as a Gold Member.

“I got a lot request of Kapok Oil in Alibaba.com. And the fact that it’s already well known in many countries makes buyers feel more confident if they have a transaction on the platform, besides its more easier & secure.”

She can reach about 62 inquiries in a month. She get order from various countries as follow:  France, Turki, Hongkong for Kapok. Amerika, Japan, Korea, Thailand for Oil. On Alibaba, the Agriculture sector is the most sought after. Especially Kapok Oil because many countries cannot produce Kapok Oil, whereas in Indonesia there are many raw materials for the Kapok Oil.

First we need to do research on Alibaba’s requests in most areas, find out how to produce them, reply to all incoming inquiries because they can be inquiries from serious buyers.
