What You Will Do
- Plan strategic key account management including trading term negotiation
- Implementation and sales objective planning in modern trade account
- Monitor sales achievement, key account performance evaluation, and all key account monthly activities by doing cost & benefit analysis based
- Build and maintain good relationship with key account
- Ensures that all field sales team members completely comply with the company’s sales system & processes ; and follow ethical business practices
What You Will Need
- Candidate at least Bachelor’s Degree
- Good communication skill
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the same field
- Computer literate (Microsoft office with expert excel, such as pivot table etc)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Detail oriented, achievement oriented and good in mathematics
- Understand the production process and chemicals are advantages
- The role will required a combination of strong financial, business development and account management skill

Content Planning

What You Will Do
- Develop editorial plan and content calendar according to client’s objectives/goals.
- Create storyboard highlighting product’s USPs in line with TikTok’s content and demographic profile including talent options, titles, voiceovers, subtitles/ captions, settings, etc.
- Monitor and analyze TikTok trend to be ahead of competitors.
- Create content performance report and develop improvement plan.
- Liaise with key account executives or business development team to find out client’s requirements and determine performance metrics and objectives (sales, engagement, AWT, etc.).
- Coordinate with talent/host & videographer for shooting to ensure footage shot are in accordance to storyboard and initial vision and as posting schedule.
- Develop budget plan for content production.
What You Will Need
- Education: min. bachelor's degree.
- Min 1 year experience as content planning for short videos.
- Proficient in content planning, shooting, and posting video.
- Able to analyze data report for better content planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Live Streaming Operation

What You Will Do
- Handling live streaming operations across TikTok and e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia).
- Ensure product selection, cart management, promo settings, and stock availability are accurate and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Maintain and manage studio assets, including conducting routine equipment checks and adjustments before live sessions.
- Conduct regular stock opname and coordination with stakeholders to track and reconcile inventory used in live commerce.
- Brief and assist hosts, monitor live interactions, and provide real-time support to boost session engagement.
- Identify frequently asked questions and operational issues, compiling insights to share with key accounts for improvement.
- Maintain and analyze operational data, track performance, and support reporting needs.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming operations, preferably with experience leading a team or project.
- Strong asset management skills and experience in coordinating stock opname with stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly data-driven in daily operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for managing data and creating reports.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or public holidays as needed.
KOL Specialist

What You Will Do
- Lead the onboarding and management of KOLs/creators across different tiers and industry categories.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and influencers.
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage budgets for KOL campaigns.
- Develop compelling campaign storylines and short video concepts tailored to platform and brand needs.
- Monitor content execution by KOLs to ensure alignment with creative briefs.
- Handle campaign documentation, including agreements, quotations, invoices, and processing KOL payments.
- Work cross-functionally with Brand, Performance, and Creative teams to ensure campaign success.
- Track and analyze KOL performance metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly), generating actionable insights and reporting results to internal teams.
What You Will Need
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (open to all majors).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or related fields.
- Familiarity with creators across multiple platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end KOL campaigns.
- Comfortable handling campaign documentation (e.g., Surat Kerja Sama, Invoices).
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging campaign ideas.
- Highly organized, responsible, and proactive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
