What You Will Do
- Collect and analyze data related to account performance, sales trends, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on account status, performance metrics, and growth opportunities
- Support the execution of account plans and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective implementation
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and client markets to identify potential opportunities for account growth
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing CRM systems, and maintaining accurate account records
What You Will Need
- Final year student or fresh graduate in communication or related major
- Previous internship or experience in sales, account management, or a related field is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong ability to analyze data, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, meticulous in managing data and documentation to ensure accuracy
- Willingness to collaborate and contribute to team success, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and other relevant tools
Finance & Accounting Intern

- Filing financial documents
- Checking the completeness of payment voucher documents
- Assisting AR and Tax Staff with scanning, printing, filing documents, etc.

What You Will Do
- Develop editorial plan according to client's objectives/goals
- Create storyboard highlighting product's USPs in line with TikTok's content and demographic profile including talent options, titles, voiceovers, subtitles/ captions, settings, etc
- Coordinate with talent/host & videographer for shooting to ensure footage shot are in accordance to storyboard and initial vision and as posting schedule
What You Will Need
- Final-year students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Interested in social media, digital content, and content planning
- Up-to-date with the latest social media trends (especially TikTok)
- Able to operate Microsoft Excel or spreadsheets
- Good at generating creative content ideas
- Diligent, highly motivated, proactive, creative, and eager to learn new things
Video Editing Intern

What You Will Do
- Responsible for editing the video project
- Editing dialogue, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects in videos
- Dedicated create OBS for All Brand
- Engage in digital content creation (Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, etc)
What You Will Need
- Final year student or fresh graduate in broadcasting, advertising, or related major
- Able to operate Editing Video Software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and other graphic support programs (photoshop/illustrator)
- Have a good knowledge of editing software such as PhotoShop
- Good interpersonal skills

KOL Intern

What You Will Do
- Listing and recap performance KOL / Affiliate
- Administrative for payment and budget update
- Maintain a good relationship with KOL / Affiliate
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholder on the KOLs request and brief
What You Will Need
- Final year student or fresh graduate in communication or ralated major
- Have knowledge regarding social media, e-commerce marketing, and content creation
- Have passion and good understanding regarding creator marketing
- Ability to identify relevant KOLs based on their impact, reach and alignment with brand value
