Senior Accounting Associate

What Will You Do
- Prepare accounting related entries to numerous journals and maintain Company’s accounting processes
- Assist in monthly closing by ensuring all cash receipt & cash out transactions are properly recorded
- Ensure all listings in system align with Trial Balance
- Prepare Financial Statement for Internal and Global Report
- Analysis Financial Statement and ensure the amount is reliable
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all financial transactions
What Will You Need
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting major
- At least 4-5 years of working experience in accounting is required for this position
- Ability to function Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Have extensive knowledge in A/R, A/P, General Ledger, Financial Statement as well as taxation
- Have a high attention to detail, good communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Ability to communicate both written / oral in English, Mandarin is a plus
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadline
Finance Reporting

What Will You Do
- Prepare and maintain Sales Report for various brands
- Prepare calculation and supporting documents for monthly reimbursement
- Checking the appropriateness and completeness for invoices
- Liaise with other Departments in terms of providing data and/or report as needed
- Perform physical inventory counts
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all financial data and transactions
- Additional duties as assigned
What Will You Need
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in finance related major
- At least 1 year working experience in Accounting and/or Finance is required for this position
- Have extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel (able to use formula related to Finance)
- Have a high attention to detail, good communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic working environment and meet tight deadline
- Have strong commitment and possess can-do attitude
- Proficient in English both written and spoken, Mandarin is a plus
Account Receivable

What will you do:
- Prepare weekly and monthly report related to all outstanding receivable.
- Create invoice based on Contract/Quotation/Sales Order.
- Responsible for collecting payments from Account Receivable / Other Receivable.
- Classified all bank receipt based on its nature for Cash Flow Statement.
- Create journal for invoicing, bank receipt and accrued revenue accurately.
- Reconcile account journal and listing tie up with Trial Balance every month.
- Prepare and report any tasks that assigned from Upper Level.
- Create an SOP for all related work.
- Closing the Account Receivable Module every month.
What will you need:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting major.
- Min 2-3 years experiences in the same field.
- Understand basic taxation knowledge.
- Able to operate Microsoft Excel, Flowchart and Accounting Software.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Work hard and willing to learn more things.
Account Payable

What will you do:
- Create a Supplier Payment Form based on the Contract, PO, Berita Acara, DO, or Invoice.
- Check petty cash/reimbursement from employees/related expenses from Suppliers based on SOP/agreed terms and conditions.
- Classified all the bank payment for the cash flow statement and all expenses, purchases/payments accurately based on its nature.
- Create bank payment information for the system and reconcile the bank statement.
- Create a journal for expenses, purchase/payment to Suppliers, bank payment, and accrued expenses accurately.
- Maintain the list of payments to Suppliers monthly for accrued expense purposes.
- Maintain and push for realization of advance payment to Suppliers monthly, other receivable-employees monthly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report related to all payments and realization,.
- Create an SOP for all related work.
- Closing the Account Payable Module every month.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting major
- Min 2-3 years experiences in the same field
